Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Solution Focused Brief Therapy
Do you envision how your life will be different without your current stressors? SFBT concentrates on finding solutions in the present. You know yourself best! With coaching and questioning, you can help identify the best solution to your problems. It is a hope friendly model of therapy used to formulate, motivate, achieve, and sustain desired change.

Face to face sessions are offered in the office on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Virtual sessions are offered Monday-Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Telemental health is provided through doxy.me, a free HIPAA compliant video conferencing website. You will be sent a link to the virtual waiting room. When it is time for your scheduled session, you will be invited into the “office.”
